If your mailer is not working, you might consider using our JointByte mailer, a service provided free for all of our customers. If you are already using the JointByte mailer and it still does not work, please check your spam folder to ensure that the emails were not sent. If you are not using the JointByte mailer and you are having issues getting emails to work properly, your web host might have restricted your php mail() settings to prevent spammers. If this is the case, you may try using SMTP to configure your mailer; or if you are already using SMTP, you could try using a different port number. If SMTP is not working or blocked by your host, you may also use Linux’s Sendmail, assuming that you have configured it properly in your php.ini file.
